This 77m2 apartment, located in the courtyard of a private mansion, has an unusual "bridge" configuration, resulting from the merging of two former apartments. Its unique layout, with a mezzanine and split-level circulation, makes it a one-of-a-kind space full of character.
The near-complete renovation highlighted the existing features: terracotta tiles, stone walls, high ceilings, all while optimizing the space with numerous custom-made windows and doors. Significant work was also carried out on the mezzanine, which was partially lowered to restore the usable floor area.
